Sally Gardens Apartments is a new-construction mixed use project on the Lancaster Avenue Commercial Corridor in West Philadelphia. The apartments are now available for occupancy.
Sally Gardens Apartments is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED®
(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program. Sally Gardens Apartments will apply for LEED certification at the Gold level. Although certification
cannot be guaranteed, LEED-registered Sally Gardens Apartments is on schedule to be the first certified mixed-use project and to offer the first rental units in a LEED-certified building in the City of Philadelphia.
Since Sally Gardens Apartments were designed and built new from the ground up as apartments, its two apartments offer layouts and features that combine the best of modern design with a style that compliments the Victorian architecture of West Philadelphia. Each of the two bedroom, one and one-half bath apartments provides over 1,100 square feet of private space. The interior living space includes over 1,080 square feet. Step through the south-facing french doors in the living room, and enjoy more than 40 square feet of private exterior space on the private balcony.
On top of everything, all residents of Sally Gardens Apartments have direct access to a 320 square-foot roof deck. The roof deck sits amid over 830 square feet of fully established green roof. From the roof deck, one has stunning, big-sky views of Center City and West Philadelphia and two iconic murals at the corners of Lancaster Avenue and Spring Garden.
